This is just an odd thought that keeps running through my head.

Maybe others have wondered also?

? Why would a person from an already established company want to take on the position of an independent director on the ( board of directors ) for a small and struggling company in the tech field?

The financial compensation in stock could be bought cheaply on the open market saving them lots of time...

Would it be to build a larger resume? seems that these ( 2 ) already have very good backgrounds

A possible might be a future tie in between the ( 2 ) companies base interests?

An odd thought is that they are interested in seeing another companies ( IP ) survive and expand just from the goodness of their hearts? : )

? How do these ( 2 ) benifit from helping / other than the future stock offering

Also the way that Fred Thanked Eric Polis for his dedication and help over the years sounded heartfelt to me , giving me the idea that Edigital was now moving on to the next level...?

Where these ( 2 ) new independent BOD's have both independently made ( imo ) very positive and uplifting comments as they move in...

Again, how do they benifit from this association?

Maybe odd questions but would really like some outside the box thoughts!
