In light of the recent board conversation regarding revenue and earnings and the lack of info about any PR's, i would like to remind everyone of a few things.

When Google, who was Very Late to the party of the IOT, realized the situation they were in because of a lack of Patents that would protect Google and allow it to participate in this enormous opportunity....... Google looked hard at EDIG and decided they would buy the company.

They knew about Edigitals Patents and Software and they decided...

THEY HAD TO HAVE IT.....

The deal seemed to be that EDIG would settle with companies that Google wanted to buy and after that a deal with EDIG would be finalized.

As for the two New Executvies, they are the controllers of whats happening.
