My comment exactly Wheels.
If this scenario is developing, until negotiations are final and a hard copy of the offer in on the table of our BOD to approve, no material event has occurred.
Once they do, an 8-K is mandatory, along with a public announcement and proxy materials sent out to all shareholders of record to vote.
If we could only be so lucky.....
