For a company that has been, in the past, depending on litigation revenue....we're not filing very many cases!!

IMO, this has been anticipated by both Handal and the company as, if you recall, these two agreed to lower Handal's monthly retainer from $30,000 to $22,000 I believe about the middle of last year.  Expecting less work?  Add this to the list of clues, new board members, shrinking office space, one year lease, recent settlements, attempts to get final approval of Synap, complete silence from the company,  and the size of Edig's bank account and it leads me to think the company is very possibly getting ready to hand the reins over to another entity.  Edig has always been limited by its general lack of resources.  Edig is David and has settled for relatively insignificant monies against several Goliaths--David conquered Goliath because of a miraculous shot, Edig has not been able to pull off any such miracles.  Perhaps, a Goliath will pay a decent sum and have better success enforcing and collecting on the patents that Edig has developed.
