When we were unable to flatten Micron WITH an appeals process having a positive ruling on 108... while at the same time getting a very positive claims construction ruling from the Civil Court on 108 claims language... we should have been able to put them in their place without a problem, however,  at that very time, AIA then kicks in with with its Almighty self-governing jurisdiction  ...it destroyed everything that had been  so hard to achieve in the Civil Court.

At that point I knew it was over for us.... we,ve been floating in a haze since then.

Investors should not feel bad of their investment in ydigital as it should have been up and coming technology with the rights to that company alone however we were dealt a bad bad bad hand
