He can't , for the same reason that the company can't advance .... independently pushing money at it is not the answer..... because it might all end up a big fat zero, all for nothing because AIA stands in the way. 

In my opinion, extreme independent Venture capitalists with a tolerance for risk will not enter this game.

The only company that might, with a complete understanding, would have to be a company like Google where they control all.

The picture that I see in my mind is a complete lockdown.
