Because past settlements haven't produced enough revenue to increase shareholder value, because of very little to no guidance from the company as to future plans or strategies to increase shareholder value, and because of no significant follow-through on any historical guidance that they have issued in the past going on for many years now.

But I know you already knew all of that... as do we all.

Seriously though as we wait for the 10-K, hope is at various levels (depending who you are) but overall anticipation is low if we are all to be honest.  Very rarely is anything of substance revealed when looked for - such as a quarterly report or SHM.  Announcements come out of the blue when and if they happen.

Going back though... if there is ANYTHING to the Google 'settlement' almost a year ago now, I should think that would come to light by the end of this year.  I can't shake the feeling that SOMETHING is up with the company that hasn't been shared with us yet.

All we can do now is hold and hope.
