The trading volume since June 30, along with many comments here, does not support panic SELLING, nor some mastermind scheme to take the company over scooping up shares overtime at .03 or less.

Years back again, even more so, Putnam explained how the company was set up with a poison pill, to squash a hostile takeover...dont know much about it, if it's still in place or what?
