I have only talked to Fred once and have received many email responses and also many non responses. My take on this is this, it's not how Fred does things he is way too though the pin hole soo.... Somebody blinked at the last minute. The filing that was ready could not be made since it didn't happen. Now Fred is in a pickle because he can't file for an extension because he has to state why he is late and he can't do that.

I suggest that they are trying to put the deal back together as we speak. I think that this scenario bears out with the fact PN was given a green light to talk and then was told STOP.
