Why would an attorney choose this as a class action suit? As far as I know, the only real asset the company has(had?) were the patents. There aren't any real dollars to go after. The patents are worth something but they'd have to be sold for cash. At this time, we don't really know what they're worth, do we? Let's face it, EDIG had them for a long time and look what happened. Were they overblwn all that time?
I'm still puzzed about who is buying the stock. Like mentioned begore, someone might be gambling on a conversion to Chapter 11. That's a long shot although possible. Don't forget, there is some money coming from the "settlements". At this time I have no idea who it's going to, or even if it'll continue. Think about it, who's going to sue them for breach of contract?
