I attended along with Tonyrog, Bankerson and Pat Nunnally, Fred Falk and his attorneys. I guess I could write a small novel about what transpired. The trustee was very fair, asked very pointed questions to FF, got very mealy mouthed answers and no resolution was reached, as the trustee had explained that was not his job that day. We talked at lenght with the trustee for tomorrows meeting and even longer outside with Pat Nunnally. (What a sad state of affairs. A man who now has had his lifes work snatched away from him with no legal recourse) We got a ton of info, too much to impart all at once. I will make notes and post as I can. However one and only factor was very clear today....THERE IS RIGHT AND WRONG AND COMMON SENSE AND THEN THERE IS THE LAW. In cases like this there is no amount of right and wrong or common sense taken into consideration.... JUST WHAT THE LAW SAYS...
