Freds demeanor in my opinion was unapologetic, and for what its worth he was very unconvincing. Basically saying that they had exhausted all efforts at success to promote their wares, which was forcefully rebutted by Pat outside after the meeting. I believe that what some of us believed all along, namely that he does not have the skill to manage a company, was bourne out by things Mr. Nunally told us. Take it all FWIW but writing emails to other CEOs through Linkdin and thinking that was "all you can do" carries little weight with me. Also, the trustee did carry over the meeting until Sept 19th at 1:30 PM where investors would be allowed to ask questions, versus today when he ran out of time. Frank and I both wondered on the drive home how he "FF" was able to keep the company going for this long based on what we heard.
P.S. I almost laughed out loud when the trustee asked Fred if he had heard of a chat board called Agoracom, and I quote here
"(Exasperated sound)" "Yes I have heard of it," "Have you ever gone on there to read the comments?" "No counsel forbid me from doing so." One other thing that we all noticed, when Mardee and Fred would answer questions she always replied with a YES when asked a direct question, Fred almost always said "To the best of my recollection." He did not look us in the eye, and while we were waiting Fred sat on one side of the room with his attorneys, Pat N. and we four sat on the other side.
