The two trustees are like Siamese twins, joined at the hip. It would be my opinion (only) that if one trustee (Barclay) is going to dismiss the bankruptcy then the other has to agree.....Can you imagine what would transpire if one said to EDig "you are gonzo" and the other said, "no you are still a going concern....
