Couple comments--I have been searching for a post that I believe said that the Delaware trustee even contacted and spoke to Mary Fales prior to deciding in favor of dismissal?  Is this recollection correct?  If so, that could be uuge(a little humor).

Also, I would love to know of the surprises that are in store for the California trustee on Sept. 19, however it is best to keep that info private so as not to give the opposition the chance to prepare a lie to refute the information.  I plan to come to the meeting, please verify date, time, and place when you can.
