Your logic is sound, as usual.

IMHO, FF will not do things that are in the interest of the Share-Holders as evident by the his past history.

For discussion purpose: 

IMHO, I can think of two outcomes that fits his way of doing things to come:

1.- Act busy and do nothing for the Court, until the 6-months period is up, and he can re-file the BK by his alread EDIG-paid attorney.

2.- During this 6-months period, FF can sell the patents, since there is no legal provision (which has been posted here) that bars him from doing so.
