YOU SAID  " 1.- Act busy and do nothing for the Court, until the 6-months period is up, and he can re-file the BK by his alread EDIG-paid attorney.

IF THEY DO NOTHING WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND EVERYTHING REMAINS THE SAME , THEN YOU CAN NOT RE FILE FOR BK AGAIN .  BEYOND WHATEVER THEY PRESENTED TO THE COURT , THEY SHOULD COME UP WITH COMPLETELY NEW REASON FOR FILING BK.
