Delaware corporate shell with a very substantial tax loss carry forward is not worthless.  The approx $30 million errors and omissions insurance policy that FF purchased for himself and the other directors with OUR money is not worthless.  Other directors may have their own policies, like attorneys and accountants.  Lastly, the satisfaction of seeing them be held responsible for their actions, priceless!
