Doni...the tech was not that worthless to Falk and the BOD. Remember how edig was going to produce the water monitering device. And all of a sudden Falk clams up on the subject.. starts his own new company. How much did they pay to edig to license the tech. Why didn't edig produce the product...Because Falk and the BOD wanted it all for themselves. This was greed.. Falk is a fool to think that they could push the BK through without someone finding out . He should be up on criminal charges...period
