Thank you for your gracious response, and the new information update that you have kindly provided with the remaining board members/shareholders.

There is a lot to digest in your post. For now, I will add a couple of comments below:

1.- I am glad that you have secured the control of the Company's computers/server, and the document boxes .

2.- While I do understand the difficulty of finding a decent attorney who can take the case as a contingency case (specially in California where money seems to rule), I ask myself how is it that in the legal profession as a whole, the professionals practice law devoid from the responsibilities of protecting the society/mass from the wrong-doers!?

In the medical profession, there are the aide groups like, Doctors-w/o-Borders, and other heros that do the impossible work. But, when it comes to the legal profession, there's no help from any hero. There may be exceptions there, but the likes of Ralph-Nader are extremely hard to find.
