Respectfully, while I agree with you to a certain degree, going after Fred & Officers provides a certain justice that can not be measured in any monitory figures. For example, how else would these wrong-doers be stopped from continuing their greedy destructional paths?

IMO, this is not about how much each individual shareholder gets back at the end of the legal process. Your opinion is very much the same as nearly all the legal professionals that would have you believe, it would be a waste of money & effort.
