I totally agree with you Richardo. We can't put off the validation that the Markman will give our patents, assuming we are victorious, which I am hoping and confident will be the case. We have to "race" towards a Markman.

We need to get a victory to put some real teeth into our future claims so we can be done with these pidly "nuisance settlements"

For what I feel this will do for edig, I'll gladly wait another year to get this under our belts!
