Let's face it, when shareholders look at a proxy of candidates for directors, most sit there with a blank stare thinking, "Who are these guys?" :>):>)
When you do the DD you're left with...."So what...I still don't know if they're qualified". And what do you do when it's the only game in town? Shareholders have nominal influence, at best.
