"Victory Chimes" can only sail in the intercoastal waterways. It isn't built for the open sea. It was originally built to haul cargo up and down the eastern seaboard.

I always wanted to sail on a Clipper. They had to be fast enough to transport ice from Canada down to the lower latitudes in the summer and still make a profit. They were eventually scuttled by refrigeration and Al Gore.
