OK, here's what jtdiii has put on the table:

I will step down only if tteddy1 is my replacement.

I will start with a few questions that have been PM'd to me:

1. Does Ted even want to do this?

2. Do we even need a replacement?

3. We have too many HL's now and most are not very active anyway.

4. Why is jtdiii setting the rules as to who replaces him anyway?

5. There are other people who may deserve this HL role that we should consider. Let them throw there hat in the ring and bring it to a private vote via PM's to Dischino...gee, thanks! I'll do it if that's what people want, but I will copy/paste the vote count to 2 other HL's for a cross check.
