Ted (tteddy1) has declined to be considered for a HL role.

Personally, I think we have too many HL's. By that I mean, if one looks at the list, consider how active from an adminstrative point of view, and ask yourself, can we just carry on as is, jtdiii steps down, and at a later date we can always add as needed.
