I take issue with your prediction of a declining PPS this year.

If the announcement due from Wengfu in Q2 of this year confirms their feasibility study and speaks to an investment of 700M to 1B USD in building factories which require Phosphate Rock as the core ingredient in all of their production processes, the PPS will quickly rise in this calendar year.

That size investment from a world class player like Wengfu will guarantee the consumption of tens of million pounds of phosphate rock. This class of revenue pipeline for the next 15 or twenty years is enough to drive the stock price WAY North of where it stands today.

If the price of phosphates also increases this year as it is anticipated to do, we will see further increases in the PPS in this calendar year.

Dilution of a 200M company could hurt the present PPS. However, dilution of a 2B company will due nothing but send the current PPS sky rocketing.

Anyone considering selling now, to buy back in a year or two down the road may miss a quick and massive move to the upside IMHO.

Good luck to all!
