Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

Message: Hello, new to the board

Welcome to the board.

You are asking a good question, and it is not easy to answer with any certainty.

I believe that there several concerns that have held the stock in its' current price range, including:

  • Fears of dilution (as you had mentioned)
  • Fear of LGDI having to raise money
  • Sentiment that revenue may not be generated in this calendar year
  • Uncertainty regarding the ongoing relationship with IFFCO
  • Lack of information on the size and nature of Wengfu's commitment
  • Concern about the current price of phosphate and when it will uptick
  • and general concern about investing in new ventures in this economy ...

I for one, believe that the Gutnick's would not schedule a public shareholder meeting with open questions from the public if they didn't already have positive answers for all of these questions and more.

Note that none of the insiders have sold any shares.

When taking the upcoming meeting and lack of selling by insiders into consideration, I firmly believe that we will see a big pop in the pps by the end of July.

If Wengfu or any institutional buyers come in prior to the meeting, we may be lucky enough to get a double bump on the pps.

Say a prayer, and hang on for the ride.

Long & Strong LGDI!
