Does Gutnick really want to run a fertilizer company or does he want to search for diamonds? I think he would prefer the hunt.

What if things were postponed because of the delay in spinning off the non-phosphate resources? What if after the spinoff, instead of dilution, Gutnick sells his portion of Legend to Wengfu or some other company and they take it to production? He keeps his shares in the spinoff and goes looking for diamonds. Why mention that the company is worth about $7.00 a share? Are they fishing for bids and throwing out a price that they would consider acceptable?
