That is an interesting point. I was thinking they could finance production start up capital costs through debt but Wengfu i'm sure does want part ownership.

Gutnick is more of a prospector than a manager...thinking back a few decades ago of the rumors that he found precious metals by some divine intervention. Now that he has the rock and it is economically feasable with a long term plan for generating profit (regardless of what stock price is saying...if it is true that capital investment has a payback of only 5 years with a decent margin for the next 25+ year, with potential for astronomically higher phosphate prices...that is very valuable...if true of course.), you could be right that he has his sights for something bigger than managing a company through production. He could focus more on the precious metals ventures. Check the SEC filings for Golden River...looks like over the last year or so he's been cleaning up all the shares.
