Joseph has spent the last few years assembling a complete qualified team to manage and run daily opperations of the entire phosphate project in conjuntion with the partner of their choice (Wengfu). If you look at the entire history of his statments he has said many times he loves mining , therefor this makes the spin-off a very bid deal over the long-term as that is where his heart and expertise is!!. LGDI answered every important point of interest to shareholders at the recent meeting , but it was not what many wanted to hear (as to the time-frame ) so many short-term players "ran for the hills". Phosphate rock can easily get to $150.00 plus over the next year , and there are many other factors the could move this stock pre-production. As recently stated LGDI could be mining rock within three months of a decision to do so!! The longterm here is unbelievable and I will be there.
