I agree with your overall view of where we are. Legend have already said they have a number of interested parties knocking at the door so it makes sense that Legend should play a little hard ball with Wengfu. They are not the only game in town. Putting verifiable valuations on the resources makes sense so real valuations can be made to present to any interested parties, whether they want to develop in conjunction with Lgdi or simply to buy them out.

I don't see Legend selling out at any price close to where we are now. The comfort I take is that our interests are the same. The Gutnicks, Soros, etc all want to get the best return from this venture and after all this time are unlikely to sell it cheap and run away.
