I just took a quick look this morning and NAD has halted trading as of a few days ago.

I believe that the NAD board approved a reverse stock split, but that would not explain the halt to trading.

Haven't had the time to research it yet, but this may be an indication of the spinoff paperwork being processed.

If anyone has the time to reserach this, please share your findings ...
