I wouldn't read too much into that regarding NAD. Same thing happened with GORV late last year. There was a 10:1 reverse stock split and it was followed by a trading halt of about 4-6 weeks. Now with even less shares being traded, GORV is moving up 50% one day down 33% the next on $200 traded. (A to B to A and repeat) The problem with NAD and GORV is that they have authorization to print way too many shares. Otherwise, they would be headed to the moon on speculation alone. If Joe wants decent and legitimate interest in these companies and larger volume, he'll have to lower the authorized number of issuable shares. Still, because he owns the vast majority, even if he did that wouldn't really mean anything since he's the only one that can vote so he can always change on a dime with no contest and people would be wiped out. So it seems the only way to break this cath20 is to have someone else take a stake of enough size to have some voting influence. If that happened, I would buy. Like in Legend, Attara and George Soros alone hold nearly a quarter so something like that could not happen.
