Your numbers are ridiculous. You cannot put a multiple on earnings that haven't yet happened. You cannot assume that an earnings figure is the same as a cash flow figure. (Cash flow should be higher!) What will the multiple be on similar companies in several years when earnings start? Who can tell?? Your best bet is simply to rely on the study that puts a present value on the site in the billions. Everything else is just fantasy.

Also, you've got to understand what you are dealing with here. There is a huge risk here. Look at Gutnick's track record. He's got a gold mine that was a 650 bagger and another that was a 290 bagger. He's also taken very many companies into bankruptcy. This stock may be a good investment at this price, but it is an investment of the sort: having a one in ten chance of making a $50 for every $1. The other 90% being a zero.
