I just read an article from yesterday concerning the merger. It appears it's running into regulatory issues in Austrailia and to this point is on hold. To be honest I don't know that there's even any reason to pursue a listing until after everything is in place with what's going on with the plant. When the financing is in place and all the governmental issues are finalized then they could look into that IMO.
