I know they can't be specific about who their prospective partner is, but why can't they say where the negotiations are? How close or far away are they away from finalizing a deal?

I'm tired of hearing all this crap about things are progressing along fine. This is the same story we've being hearing from before the equity deal with Wengfu was supposed to be done. Over a year ago.

When is this progressing along fine finally going to come to some outcome?
