Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia
Message: AGM
From my last conversation with IR. A "group" is scheduled to be on site to conduct due dilligence the first week of August. This sounded like option 1A to me. This group has had delays in getting to Australia due to scheduling issues with the company execs.
The remaining environmental permits are expected to be granted by end of year. I was told that any deal is NOT contingent on these. The gov't is supposed to grant mining leases for other areas by end of year as well.
They would like someone to invest in the current plant project and continue to own the other projects they are developing.
The line I received was they thought it would be done by now, but due to other companies schedules, govt's, etc - thinks are taking time. I'm taking it with a grain of salt - but this is what I was told.
