Thanks for your response. I've learned more from it than anything the Company has put forth publicly in the last 6 monthes. Mordi told me that a deal wasn't contingent on the permitting and status of getting the plant leases done too, but I'm not so sure I buy that totallly. They may not even be to that point in the negotiation process if they are still waiting for this "prospective group" to come do their DD.

I'm not sure what status LGDI is in money-wise/bargaining-wise to be expecting a potential partner to do their bidding. I think alot of these prospective partners are looking to come in and play hard ball with them. Any partner is obviously looking out for their best interests, not LGDI's, when it comes down to finalizing something.
