Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
I have an ex-girlfriend who is a painter (artist not house) who lives in Scottsdale, AZ. She is very good and has had paintings in galleries. But sometimes she would complete a painting and it became like her child and she did not want to sell it. I diplomatically tried to tell her that if she was going to do that, she could continue getting the satisfaction of creating paintings, but she better find another way to make money. JB has some of the best mining claims in the world and, rightfully, is waiting for the right deal. But I am often concerned that he is waiting for the perfect deal. As I've said before, take a look at other boards here on Agora or press releases on Kitco and see how many explorers are finding new deposits and new veins of minerals and getting private placements, etc. The competition is fierce. At some point, with both Hay Mountain and North Pipes, it may be necessary to just get a deal done. I think it will also give LBSR leverage to get even better deals on future JVs. Should all of the Chinese investors fall through and the NPSP talks (which I think are still ongoing) fizzle out, I may have to start selling my LBSR shares--and that is something I've never considered before.
