I am not a mining expert but I think there is another way to look at what you said. Whoever is thinking about JV-ing with LBSR is making it a prequisite to be ready to mine within seven years. Then LBSR is working backward from this stipulation to meet that company's demands. Even if it has never been done before--and I don't know that--this plan is being done with lots of smart companies like SRK and some of the special people LBSR brought on board as consultants.
