One has to understand that ZTEM, while still a very new technolegy, is swiftly gaining credibility in the investment community. And I again have to point out that if private investment money is coming in from overseas, investor SEC requirements (aka DD) do not apply!

Further, and under these conditions, can not a stream of funding be contingent upon results from drilling? Sure can!

Besides, I doubt any company will plan pilot drilling without also planning several steps ahead. Dumb it would be to not do so.
