So, it looks as if LBSR gets out of this mess - created by MBGS - for what amounts to small change, though we don't know what is owed to subcontractors. Given that MBGS was accused of overbilling by substantial amounts, they are certainly not walking away with what appears to be anything justifying this whole affair.
Anyway, this matter is done, and for those who think it important for LBSR to not be involvned in major lititigations, this may mean something.
By the way, were we not in a similar place in July of 2012 when the company announced drilling and construction of the camp in Alaska? That is, were we as shareholders unaware that funds were available then? I think that was the case. If so, we can probably expect the same thing regarding Hay Mountain, a surprise NR. We'll find our soon enough, I think.
