I don't know the facts, but I suspect TMBXF's deal with EuroGas can not be completed, because EuroGas was expecting a payoff from winning multiple law suites in the Slovak Republic, and those funds may never be seen - billions are involved.

As a reminder, TMBXF enter a partnership with EuroGas over a year ago, EuroGas also being a claims holder in the Tombstone area. TMBXF filed suite against EuoGas for failure to perform, but some months ago dropped the suite noting progress was being made toward completing the deal, but again, nothing's happened.

Reminds me of the mining and oil law suites against Venezuela where plaintiff's claims have even been upheld by courts in international arbitration, buy the government will not pay, and even says so.

At any rate, TMBXF will be interesting to watch over the coming days.

...wonder what kind of relationship Alan Brown has with JB? I wonder because at some point I think some claims in these common areas may have to be consolidated, or should be consolidated.
