For weeks i've been reading about an "Annual Meeting." There is nothing Annual about this meeting. Wasn't the last time JB mett with stockholders was when he was traveling around selling PP's before drilling in Alaska?

This is a "Special Meeting." A company don't quadruple their available shares yearly.
