In the present market there is no real motivation to spend money on blind targets. Therefore, and in my opinion, any third party entering a NDA with Liberty Star IS NOT going to be motivated to spend money in the near term. If this is so, a 2- or 3-year NDA is only an invitate for that party to take up claims not presently staked by LBSR when the NDA runs out. That's what this about. Otherwise, there is no danger in LBSR doing NDRs on claims where it is paying fees on an annual basis.

Seems to me, then, that these short-term offers the company may have had covered all of their information, and not specific portions such as may be limited to Hay Mountain only.

This is informed conjecture. I could be wrong.
