NASA has been very successful in about all of its projects of lately.  D.C. effect on Wall St. in prominent now as just the abound in NDM,NAK fast runup in pps from the TRUMP victory!  IMO, that victory will be just as prominent in Jrs in very shrot order,, pay heed that money chases money, that said the Blue chips are HOT like fire and pps apprecieation is swinging big numbers of investors to the Blue chip shares,,Jrs. are next with so many riduculous rules being scratched off the list.  OK!  So JB goes to oil, remember all of the frackers that went bust and an heard of claims are belly up so YES there are sets and situations where these are Explorers would look to safeguard their futuer with an offset type of bussiness,, so they get a MOAT from ore, the ORE moat and JB gets a MOAT as well that being an OIL moat.  The offset would be a futurestic strategy and SURLY the Hay Mountain has that kind of future and if the OIL gig (MOAT) is as good as it gets then in short order drillbits should or will be turning on the choosen sites in the Hay Mountain exploration Phase 1.  I do not think this is a short sited play on the part of Mr. Briscoe but rather a very long thought out consideration,, I like it anyhow.
