Credit for exploring every avenue to get funding for HM. But I must admit I'm a bit puzzled as to how or why this works. Mainly- what is LBSR bringing to the table to be able to enter into such an agreement to accrue profit? Is this oil on a claim we already own- and, if so- wouldn't a new and lengthy different permiting process be necessary? Are we investing funds in the project?- obviously unlikely. Are we bringing to bear our geological knowhow? If the other entity is a "geophysical contractor"- why would they need us? Are we offering drilling capability? We don't have any. So what are we bringing or contributing to this potential joint venture, such that this other entity would share their profits? And as already pointed out- how much profit at current oil prices. Maybe it is on claims we already have. That would be an explanation. But without further information, it is difficult to understand as a realistic plan.
