If you get the DOI repeal, how soon thereafter do you expect drilling and/or development of the ESB project to begin? How much have you budgeted for the work, and how do you plan to pay for it? If one or more citizens or local or national environmental groups file litigation against the company to enjoin the project, how do you plan to pay the costs of the litigation? To what extent would this prevent or delay development of the Hay Mt. project? Thank you.
