Lets look at a far greater picture.  If you jump in a mud puddle you get all wet.  The bigger picture is you get muddy as well and the bigger picture is if you do nothing, nothing is what your going to get.  See the picture in words, OK.  Chile is a good example (IMO).  So if Mining was opened up in AZ like as Chile, what picture do you get?  I get a photo of an Economy that the USA will grow into and make massive resurgence in a major way.  Here is how Pictographics calls it for Chile, put the USA into a mental picture with a visual overlay in your mine, here goes:  good things begin to happen,then greater then,, (STAY POSITIVE)
