No biggie in my opinion.  Our Chief Executive Officer can alter or retract the Salizar rule, if he cares to address it. 

No matter, anyway.  The price of uranium is far below the level needed to see the North Pipes as economically viable, and I very serious doubt we will see any big change in that regard for years, and years.

As to the share price, one person bought 7 million shares in two trades at the low of the day today.  Such is not likely to signal anything.
